The Tom and Frances Leach Foundation Grant Application

Apply for Funding

The Foundation will no longer accept paper applications and has moved to an online application process. We are establishing this process via Submittable to ensure that we collect consistent information from all applicants. Follow the link below, submit your application with accurate information, and provide all the required appendices. Should a grant request be successfully approved, grantees will be notified by email, and awards will be issued on or before December 31st of that year.

Please note that the Foundation generally accepts only one application per grantee per year.

Multi-year grantees:  Once you have received the final installment payment of your multi-year award, your organization can apply for new funding in the next grant cycle. 

Organizations that receive multi-year grants must submit an interim report every year they receive funding by June 30th.

Tips on using Submittable:

• You can save a draft of your work if you would like to finish filling out the form at a later date. There is an autosave feature, but you can also manually save your draft by clicking the button at the bottom of the form.
• Submittable works best on Google Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Internet Explorer is not supported. Please make sure you are using a supported browser.
• We will follow up with you about your submission by email. Please be sure to safelist notification emails from Submittable and check the email you used to sign up for your Submittable Account regularly.
